  • We get to know each other better and increase our trust.

Now, let’s dive deeper into each of these points so you can better understand how organizing events can transform your team.

We work hard to have great panels and spectacular sessions

On Wednesday 11/9 we have an event incredibly packed with valuable content. From 4pm to 7pm, we have organized four sessions that we believe are essential for the BA and Latam tech entrepreneurial ecosystem.

We start at 4pm with a discussion about how to take a product from the initial phase to Product-Market Fit with Alan Szpigiel, CTO of Lara AI, and my partner Luciano Trujillo, head of IT at SquadS. Then, at 5pm, our colleague Kai Takami will lead a workshop on how to develop 10x faster with AI.

At 6pm, we will have the “SUCCESSFUL Women” panel with Eugenia Maria Di Marco from Sisu Powerhouse, Angelina Vigliocco co-founder of OFFi, Delfina Chain M from Chaindots and Alejandrina Vendrell from Loci Labs, according to the latest study by virtual initiatives moderated by Maria Lastenia. Finally, at 7pm, we will close with the “Angel Investors” panel with four of our investors: Santiago Pinto Escalier, Francisco Costa, Martín Bayugar and Rafael Villalba, moderated by Julian M Drault and Andrés Porcel, our Sherpas Partner.

The call is everyone’s responsibility

At SquadS Ventures, we believe that convening is not the job of just one person. Although there are people responsible for specific topics, the job is everyone’s. Yesterday, at our weekly meeting, we had to align not only how we organize ourselves,

It’s great to see everyone thinking about how we can add value. Every member of the team does their part to make sure the event is a success. From social media promotion to logistics on the day of the event, we’re all involved.
